The productivity revolution that started in code is coming for everything else.
I’m building educational material on Personal AI — how to turn AI agents into personal assistants that know your world and work in it.

We all collect information — but who actually does something with it?
Ideas, notes, documents — scattered across tools and devices. You know it’s somewhere, but you can’t find it when you need it. Most of it just sits there, because nobody works with it.
I had the same problem. Over 2,000 files across projects, contacts, invoices, and ideas. The more I collected, the less useful it became.
Until I let an AI agent live inside my notes. Not a chatbot I copy things into — an agent that knows my structure, reads itself in, and actively works with my files.
What happens when your AI knows your world
From notes to action
Feed the agent a meeting transcript or call notes — it analyzes, extracts action items, creates calendar entries. Complete workflow in seconds.
Task management for agents
A todo system built for AI agents, not for humans. The agent operates it on the command line — you just talk to it.
Documents on the fly
Slides, proposals, summaries — the agent knows your style and structure. Ask once, get a polished result.
Who’s behind this
I’m Andreas Spannagel. I help companies introduce AI into their business. But this project is personal: I’ve been using AI agents inside my own knowledge base for months, and the productivity gains that started in code are now transferring to everything — client work, tax prep, personal organization.
With tools like Claude Cowork and OpenClaw launching, Personal AI is becoming a real thing. I’m putting together educational material on how to build your own setup — could be a course, a community, or both. I’m still figuring out the format.
Interested?
I’ll only reach out when there’s something real to share.
